New matcha on the way!
I watched a documentary on YouTube about Uji matcha from Kyoto, Japan. That got me intrigued! Their brand Matcha Direct offers matcha that is ground-to-order and airshipped to be as fresh as possible, free shipping.
They have several non-organic and organic ceremonial matcha and even a decaf one! I’ve never had decaf matcha before. I want to find out if the decaf process alters the taste and I’d love to be able to drink matcha late without worrying about it keeping me up. Matcha can have a lot of caffeine depending on brand, quality and how much you use.
