Saemidori Matcha 40g by Noritual Lab
As already said in the last post, this is one of the matcha where I sadly didn't take as many notes as I should have, so the review is not as detailed or long as I'd like it to be!

General Info
This is my third Noritual Matcha, and I think very close to the first one I reviewed (their 'Contest Grade' matcha), which still remains my favorite of them.
This is from the Saemidori summer harvest 2025 in Yame, so a single-cultivar, not a mix of different green tea varieties. Costs 29,90 Euro at the time of writing. Kinda funny that the store page says it's "strongly limited to 2265 tins". That seems a lot to me? Not as exclusive as they try to make it seem :) Well... here's one of them?
Color and Smell

Aren't these pictures just so sexy? Pretty proud of them. I don't know what has gotten into my phone camera that day, but these are awesome.
The green is a bit darker than the previous 'Ceremonial' matcha of them, and I remember it being very pine-y in scent.
Taste
This one was a little more grassy, but still on the nuttier side, no burning or overt bitterness. It was also very creamy, soft, velvety on the tongue. Very pleasant. Slightly flowery.
Conclusion
I think this is worth splurging on at least once, if you are curious. Among the selection I had at home at the time before it was used up, it was my favorite to use. I think I am generally more of a fan of the Marukyu Koyamaen matcha, but if you are an Amazon user, the Noritual ones might be something to explore?
